Design Your Future - Catherine Kelly

Oasis will be coming out with a new range in November called 'Design Your Future' by Catherine Kelly. Oasis and Ireland AM worked together to choose a winner for the 'Design Your Future' competition. It gave Irish Fashion Graduates a chance to show off their work and have the opportunity to work at Oasis Head Office for a year with their Design Director, Clive Reeve. I find this so inspirational and it gets me so excited for the year ahead because I will be interning at their Head Office in March.

The collection is inspired by the film 'Clueless' and the 90s. So the range has lots of check prints. They have kept it very girly with the soft colour palette to suit the Oasis customer. My favourite piece from the collection is the check swing coat. Which I may be planning on buying but don't tell anyone.

Here are a couple of screenshots taken from the two videos. Sneaky peak of the collection.

Here is an Instagram picture of Catherine wearing the check swing coat. This is the coat I want!

To see more of the collection click either of the links below. I managed to find a couple of videos online showing the collection and an interview with Catherine Kelly in the Head Office. Hope you enjoy the videos and are excited for the new collection. I am!

Rose Print Shift Dress

I have some exciting news about Oasis. As part of my degree course we need to have an internship for next year. After loads of emailing I have managed to get an internship at Oasis Head Office for PR & Marketing. I am really excited to start next year and can't wait for this amazing opportunity. It will be a while till I start but I figured I would share the exciting news.

This is my most recent purchase from Oasis for my Uniform. I decided to go for this dress because of the beautiful print. It reminds me of an illusion dress. I am obsessed with this rose print package they have recently come out with. It's definitely worth a look and I have just got the jumper too.

Hope you all have a lovely week and please comment below and let me know what you think about my outfit!

Pink & Fluffy

My gilet is a recent purchase from Topshop. I have seen it in a variety of colours. The first one I tried on was in store and in a forest green colour. I loved how soft and cosy it was however the green one wasn't the best colour for me. Instead I chose the light pink gilet from their website. It did take me a while to figure out how to style it because gilets can be a bit difficult to style. I felt the grey and pink colours went really well together. Gilets are perfect for when the weather is cold but dry. I would not recommend wearing a faux fur gilet when it is raining.

The jumper is from H&M. It is the perfect basic jumper. I also got it in a dark green colour because it was only £15 and also I managed to get it whilst they had 20% off student discount woo. I will have another post later on in the week so look forward to that.

Collarless Mono Jacquard Coat

I have been wanting to post this coat for ages now but I have been waiting for the appropriate weather to wear it. I managed to get this coat in the Oasis sale. It was part of the Mollie King Collection. Celebrities such as Mollie King, Lauren Pope and Lucy Mecklenburgh have been seen wearing this coat. Unfortunately you can not buy it on the website but it's always worth having a look on Ebay. In the second picture I have styled it with my new faux fur clutch from Topshop. This clutch is great because it is massive and fits so much inside it.
